a. Authorizing the Village Manager to sign the amended contract with PEC Group of NY, Inc. for night security at Senasqua Park
b. Authorizing the Mayor to sign the contract with the Hudson River Valley Greenway for the Kaplan’s Pond Trail Construction and Extension project.
c. Authorizing the Village Manager to sign the intermunicipal agreements with the Town of Cortlandt for bidding by the Town Purchasing Director, shared use of equipment and removal of Freon from appliances
d. Authorizing the Village Manager to sign the proposal from Dvirka and Bartilucci for assistance with its Storm Water Management Program
e. Appointment of election inspectors and machine custodians for the Village Election on March 18, 2008

j. Bond Resolutions:1-$937,548 – for street and road improvements, replacement of sidewalks and curbs including Benedict Blvd, permitting for Elliott Way improvement project, High Street CDBG project, acquisition of machinery and equipment

3-$30,000 – refurbishment to Municipal Building
4-$66,000 – EMS vehicle, EMS equipment, firefighting apparatus
